Trouble Creating an Account?
If you are trying to sign up on our site and are getting a bug on the contact details form (refreshing the page) then don't panic we are her to help, simply IGNORE the selection of COUNTRY and if needed even ignore the STATE selection and add it on the suburb/town field like "Newcastle, NSW" without the quotes, as we only ship from Australia to Australia we will work it out, so don't stress we know your in Australia, we verify all addresses before shipping. You can also email sales@whichlegalhigh.com to let us know any problems you had or simply email us and tell us your name, shipping address and a password and we will make the account for you and email you the details so you can get your order in fast and smoothly.
Alternative payment methods.
If you want to pay by other means other than Paypal or credit card please use our contact form to simply tell us what you want and want, we will manually create an order and email you our other delivery options including check/money order, direct bank deposit etc. Don't forget to send us a full name and address and any special delivery instruction right on the contact form so we can ship it to you the moment it is paid for. After contacting us please add sales@bestlegalhighs.com to your WHITE LIST so you get our reply without delay.
Can you smoke the product like you would tobacco? Is it safe to directly inhale.
All Products sold on this site (regardless of marketing) are herbal incenses and are not intended for human consumption. You are purchasing our products for use in a herbal incense burner or pipe and not any other form of product. Do not consume, eating product is NOT recommended. Most items sold on this site should not be used by anyone taking prescription medication as interactions are unknown, inhaling incense may effect your health and should always be done in a well ventilated area. Some herbs used in our products may potentially cause problems with pregnacy and should never be burned around by breastfeeding mothers! This can go for all normal incenses too.
Security of your personal details.
We store all you details on servers located outside of Australia. We do not supply details about you to anyone else, ever! All credit details are stored by our merchant banking service, we never have access to your banking details, so your details are safe.
Not even under counrt order would be give out your personal details!
